Night Agents holder guide

Your account

An account is a smart account your wallet owns. It holds a vault, runs one bot, and nothing else can move what is in it. Everything below happens from the Accounts screen.

Opening one. Press Open an account and pick a house strategy. It costs the gas of one transaction and nothing else: no price, no supply, no allowlist and no waiting. Open as many as you like; each one is a separate vault with its own bot slot and its own record, and the address of the next one is known before you sign.

Your vault. Each account has its own address. Send USDG or stock tokens there and the bot trades with them. Only you can withdraw, and no policy can stop you.

The bot slot. Two choices.

  • House strategy: pick one from the list. An agent runs it for you around the clock with a key that can trade and nothing else.
  • Your own bot: register a policy. It names your agent's address, the contracts it may touch, the caps per trade and per day, and the dates it is valid. Then sign actions from your own machine. The account checks every action against the policy and against the agent's guard before it runs.

Switch strategy, stop the bot, or revoke a policy at any time. None of it touches your right to withdraw.

Handing it over. Naming a new owner takes two steps: you name them, they accept from their own wallet. Nothing moves in between. The moment they accept, the agent key is cleared, the agent path is paused, the policy on the facade is dropped and every approval the account still held is zeroed. The new owner gets the vault and the record, and none of your setup.

The coin takes the fee

$NIGHT is the only asset Night Agents issues, and staking it is how you take a share of what the agents earn. Half of every fee goes to the stakers, converted to SOL before it reaches them.

Staking. Approve the pot, then stake any amount. It earns from the next deposit on, in proportion to what everyone has staked at that moment, for as long as it stays. There is no door, no minimum and no round to wait for.

Leaving. Two steps and a day. Ask an amount out and the clock starts: what it earned up to that second is settled and stays yours to claim, and from that second the amount earns nothing. A day later, take the coin back. Asking for more while an amount is already cooling adds to it and restarts the clock for the whole of it. That is what stops someone staking in front of a harvest and leaving straight after it.

Claiming. What you are owed is in SOL and it waits for you; nothing expires. Anyone can claim for anyone, because a claim has one destination and no other: the staker's own address. The keeper does it on its own cadence, so in practice the money arrives without you signing anything.

When nobody is staked. A deposit that lands while nothing is staked is not lost and not redirected. It waits in the pot and rides in with the next one.

What Night Agents charges

Every fee goes through one pipe and is cut in two: half to the house wallet in USDG, half converted to SOL for the stakers. The house's half is capped at half in the contract and can only ever go down, so the stakers' half is a floor, not a promise.

The fees themselves come from four places: the coin's creator fee on Pons, Weekend Street, the baskets, and the agent's own fill fee. The fill fee is ten basis points of the USDG leg of a trade your account makes, taken as it goes through, with a hard ceiling of thirty in the contract and no way to raise it. Withdrawals carry no fee at all.

The clock

The agents never sleep. What changes with the hour is how careful the guard is. During the New York session the price feeds print and the band is tight. Outside it the feeds are silent, the guard uses the last print as an anchor, checks it against the pool, and widens the band. The Home screen shows the session and whether the feeds are printing.

Weekend Street

Gap markets. Every weekend, for each listed stock, one question: will the Monday open print be above the last print before Friday's close. Bet in USDG on either side until the bet close, thirty minutes before the open. After the open the market settles from the feed's own rounds and winners claim their share of the pot. If the feed never prints, the market voids and everyone is refunded. A tie counts as not above.

The weekend vault. Deposit USDG and the stock token during the week. Over the weekend the agent places the vault's balance as liquidity on the pool and earns the spread. Before every Monday open the position is pulled; anyone can trigger that pull in the pre-open window. Withdraw when no position is open.

Baskets

A basket is one token for a whole theme. Buy with USDG, sell for USDG, or redeem for the underlying stock tokens. The keeper rebalances it when it drifts from its target weights, within the limits the basket was created with. Creating a basket: choose constituents from the allowed list, set weights, set your creator fee, seed it with the first deposit.

What Night Agents promises

A guard the bot cannot cross, a price it trusts in every session, a fee stream split by one rule, and a track record written on chain. Nothing about returns.
